Installed spacer, now idle's too high

my idle was fine then i put in a throttle body spacer. now it idles at about 1600-1800 and whenever i hit the gas it drops down to 700 then goes back up to 1600-1880 and stays there. Idle does NOT bounce though
and ideas. Thanks ahead of time.

maybe try and adjust the fast idle thermo valve, located right under the throttle body. good luck man!

possibly clean out the iac too which is on the back of intake manifold.
