Installed SAFCII, check engine light help

I recently just installed a SAFCII in my car, I ran through the initial setup, and set the throttle sensor to Pressure 6 in 6 out. ran car setup, and selected 4 cyl, with the arrow facing northeast. and didn't mess with any of the other settings. Then started my car, when my car first started it idled at 1,000 rpms, (it normally goes straight to 1500 to warm up)for a second then up to 1500 rpms, which it normally does as its warming up. and then check engine light comes on.

I was wondering if I did something wrong with the setup or if anyone had this problem before, could the pressure signal wires be hooked up backwards?, its reading volts on all sensors.. any help is appreciated.
