Install Fuel Surge Tank

I am planning on building and installing a fuel surge tank in the teg. I'm wondering if there is an ideal location to mount the surge tank which would maximize efficiency of install, tapping into fuel lines etc.

Anyone have any experience with this? Ideas on best mounting locations etc.?

Nothing really ideal but up under the drivers rear fender behind the wheel would work but you will have to fab up mounts and such...... plumbing is the only other trick. I cut my hatch floor out so i could hide the muffler more and there was ample room afterwards to install the surge tank.

I also am running a walboro 255 intank and the bosch 044 inline never run out of fuel ever!!!
