At last I got my hands on the movie, in my opinion it's much better than F&F, cars are real JDM head turners and all the driving in the movie was done for real not comp animated like F&F.
If you have chance to wach it do it, it's very good for anyone that likes cars.
Some of the cars are EVO IV, R32 GT-R, Silvia, Toyota AE86 Tureno, RX7

Personally I thought this movie really sucked compared to the anime. The only reason I put myself through watching the whole thing was to see some top notch drifting. It is a fine standalone movie, but if you have watched the anime it butchers it. Anyway just thought I'd give my 2 cents.

yea its not the animated series... They made a motion picture based on the Initail D anime and yes, it does kick ass

I only have one of the animated movies, think its the third one. Bought it to see what all the hyp was about, not a bad movie. Now I have to watch the 4th one to see who won. :smackself
