Hey, I know this is the engineer in me, but check this article out that I found. I talks about heading up your gasoline before it gets injected to improve fuel economy since the vapors ignite better than the liquid. Maybe finding a way to heat up the fuel in the fuel rail? My boss at work mentioned something about it and I decided to google it. here's what I found.
