Im trying to put the rpm needle back into its place but having a hard time because there is not enough room to put it in place due to dash and cant do much with my hand in the way, not only that the wire that connects to the rpm is short tried pulling but cant get it to come out more ...my speedometer works but not my rpms area.. "replace the lights with led's that why i did it"

can anyone help me???

I don't understand how the one wire of the harness that is the RPM signal is too short.
Is the whole harness not reaching?
If you're just having issues getting your hand back here try this.
Set the steering wheel to it's lowest point on the tilt. Hold the cluster in your left hand, between the steering wheel and the dash with the left side of the cluster in your hand. If you hold it strait up or at a slight angle the harnesses should reach. Once the harnesses are plugged in, rotate the cluster down and attach the speedo cable. ( Go under the hood, remove the clip that holds the speedo cable in the VSS, and oull it out. This will allow you to pull the speedo cable toward you to make it a lot easier. )
Once the speedo is clipped in, push the cluster in, pop in the 4 screws to mount it. Then put all the trim pieces, switches, etc back in. Dont forget to go back under the hood and put the speedo cable back into the trans and install the clip agian.
If this doesn't help, I'll try and walk you through it over IMs or some other means of communication.

My bad after looking at it i mean the guage that tells you the speed....there is a little round clip that goes behind the tach but could not get it in.

The rpms work but the speed is kinda laggy now cause that round clip that connects behind it well the metal part came off from the black wire with the needle

Like I said above, the trick is to pull the cable out of the VSS on the trans and pull the cable towards you for some extra slack. Make sure you don't lose the clip for the cable.
You have to rotate the white clip on the speedo cable until you feel it snap into place on the cluster.
If you have any more questions just let me know.

Not only that the metal part that is with that snapping thing behind the speed tack. Came undone from the black wire and i tried to squeeze it in but the metal tube is crimpped and the black wire slipped out. Tried to shave some of the black rubber off that connected to the needle but does not fit back in..too crimpped "metal tube behind tack"

You're gonna have to show me a picture of that. I can't get a clear mental picture from your description.
