anyone know about strutking.com i was dumb enough to order something from there with my credit card and now i their website won't let me log in and when i request a password i can't get a new password from their website, not to mention they don't even have a fucking number to contact them by. anyone help please.

Never heard of em. Call your bank or whatev and cancel the card #? Idk.

I've heard of them, I thought they were pretty legit. They have ads in magazines and such.

That site seem pretty empty, do a domain check up and you can get the contact number from there. Try that and see if it works.

thanks guys. to be honest i'm gonna tell everyone not to shop there. they claimed they refunded me the money and it defenitely has not yet been refunded. i like how they can take my money in a matter of seconds but to refund it they claim it could take a few days. that site is fucking bullshit. don't trust them anyone.

dude its the way any business works.

if you pay something by credit card, refund takes a couple days to show up on the statement.

try going to any of your local retail stores... buy something and then return it right away and see if the same thing wont happen.
like i said i ordered something from them before and wouldn't hesitate twice to deal with them again.

countless of people on team-integra have ordered form them too...

and did you check your spam inbox like i told you?

well when i signed up on their website i noticed that their email went straight to the spam box. that happened to me too with club-integra's automated notifications also.

why didn't you ask them for a tracking number or something?

That's how all banks and businesses work. They'll take your money instantly but it takes 7-10 business days to get it back to you...standard practice, that's just the way the world works.

It's because they use a standard email. Anytime a certain email gets sent out a certain number of times it becomes a "spam" email in the eyes of email programs like yahoo, gmail, etc.
