OMG... lol let me correct this thread... (honda) JDM vs USDM motors theres a 5-10 hp difference... not fkn 30!!! older SiR's which really were called RSi/XSi came with B16's in it, and in 95 honda brought the B18c for the SiR's that produced 180hp vs USDM 170hp GSR.

Also not all tranny mated with this motor came with LSD...

And just to educate u on these trannies... they are JDM type R tranny not SiR.. theres 2 version of the b18c... SiR and the Type R... one has 180hp and the other 200hp...

ok so i have a JDM B18C, blew my B18C1 cuz the other owner never changed the oil, when pulled the head off had thick thick build up, but other than that i can tell the difference in power escpecially when vtec hits. the best way is to compair sheet charts, ive seen 1 and when compairing them the JDM B18c has specs close to USDM ITR, internals are the main difference but hp and tq are very very similar. ( btw USDM dual butterfly vtec being used over JDM single butterfly besides having to rewire the ecu * ive done this before* the USDM seems to work a little better Vtec crossover souds so so SEXY )
