So recently when I was doing my timing belt and while tensioning the belt I turned the motor over clock wise insted of counter clockwise should i just start my rebuild over cause this has "bent valves" written all over it I posted it here cause its a rookie mistake

Well you could just pull it apart and see. If they are bent upgrade with aftermarket parts.

You didnt bend valves.

The reason why you shouldnt rotate that way is because of the slack from the tensioner. You cant properly set the timing belt when rotating it that way. Just go back and turn it counter clockwise to TDC and tighten the tensioner.

^^This. I highly doubt you can create enough force turning that crank bolt to bend the valves.
