igniton wire cut

i jus got a 99 ls and i was taking out the old alarm and cut all the wires n there 1 was connectd to the starter(black/white wire) and now its no connect to anything and my car wont start! what can i connect tht black/white wire for my starter

The starter wire itself isn't cut? To do a starter kill, the starter wire gets cut and fed through a relay. To undo it, you disconnect each end of the starter wire from the relay, and reconnect the starter wire ends.

What kind of alarm is it? And what color was the wire that you cut?

yep, the cut wire was for starter kill. reconnect and viola
