Idle issues. Need help troubleshooting.

My DA9 Idle is High, it runs about 1300 rpm. When I let off the gas and press the clutch the rpm dip down to normal and then right back up to 1300. Other than that it runs fine, no cel no other problems. I dont think its the IACV more likely the FICV. There is a small chance the TPS could be bad but I dont think so.
So what do you think any other possibilities...

maybe it can be the coolant temp sensor

I'd cleaned everything you listed and replace my coolant temp. Sensor and it runs fine now. I plan on replacing the tps in the future just for the hell of it.

Ok so the coolant temp sensor will affect the Idle. thats a new one on me but I never claimed to know everything...lol This is going to be a fun weekend and I hope she is running right by monday.
