Identifying ECU in 92 gsr

how do u find out wat kind of ecu u got in a car? i have a 92 gsr with a poormans type r and i wanna know wat kind of ecu i got cuz my car idles at 1500. any1 knows?

should be a p61 i think.

do u think the idle would be better if i got a better ecu? wat would u recommend?

have you tried adjusting the idle at all? i'm just asking since you haven't previously stated it.

how would i adjust the idle?
is the in the throttle body?

also on the throttle body, there are two small hose lines that rnt connected to anything, if only i can take pics but im at work...would that be maybe a reason why its idling at 1500?

There is a little screw on the side of the throttle body. Its just above the intake.

Where are these hoses?
