I think i have a half complete LS/Vtec Swap

Hey guys this is my first post and i will start out by saying, i dont know what kind of Integra i have. :[
I bought it used. What i do know is that the year is 1997. And when i lift the hood I see the words Vtec. Its not a type R because it redlines at about 7000. And i think that the engine has been swapped half way. It will go 110 MPh, but that is when i am really pushing it. In 5th gear the RPm's will go up to 4500 and then there is no more power.
Now the engine is a DOHC, with a Tenzo-R Vtec Head on it. There has been headers put on it by DC, and a cold air intake as well as a Fuel Rail from AEM. What i have noticed with the Vtec head is that there is nothing connected to it power wise. And Vtec is electronicly controlled so i would think that it needs connected to the ECU some how. here is a picture of the (missing) plugs?

alright there are the pictures! i hope everything turns out good.
this was my first post, so if i need to change anything in my format please tell me!
thanks to all!

check the vin number on the door jam and decode it.
my guess is lsvtec engine.. you probably wanna change that air filter looks terribly dirty

look for the engine code on the block too... if it says B18B1 then its a half way done Ls/VTEC. if it says B18C1 then its a GSR. which means that it should have vtec (which im sure you already know) the engine code should be on the engine block (lower part of the engine) and slightly to the left of the header. it is stamped on the block right next to the VIN on the block... you can see it in the picture...

anyway the reason your rpm's wont go above 4500 is because that is when vtec engages and since the plug is gone, it wont engage meaning the rpms stop at 4500.

alright then you definitely have a half complete Ls/vtec... um i dont have vtec on my car so i couldnt tell you were to find one. but i would imagine that you can get one off of a junk yard car or someone that is parting out a gsr engine. if all else fails you could get it from a shop or a stealership.

just go to a junkyard and take a look around, it shouldnt be hard to spot it, if its there of course.

well i think you lose power at 4500 because it is looking for vtec but i think that plug thats not connected to anything is the vtec solenoid

so im guessing youll need to get atleast that. i dont know who did the motor but i guess they just gave up on a project?

i dont have vtec so i dont know much about it. but you might wanna check here:(scroll down a little theres a few pics of it pluged into something)
