I need some HELP!!!!!!!

Ok i have a 95 special edition(auto).. and yesterday while driving on the highway it sounded as if i knocked my car into neutral and was reving the engine looked down and it was still in drive so i pulled over to the side and soon as i was on the shoulder the car just cut off.... its not the battery b/c it wouldn't cut off while driving and the lights and stuff still work.......... i tried starting it but it just wont turn over............. some help.... tell me what it is???????

Do you have MSD?If you do sometimes when u 2step alot you could flood your motor or maybe ur timing belt just snapped out of nowhere beacuse that happened to my friend iono just guessing.

II personally need a little info on the car and maintenance. For example:

I had a Honda Accord that actually snapped timing belt while in idle, symptoms were the same...a BIG stroke of luck that running in idle; otherwise..my sincerest hope that is not the problem.

check timing belt first, then for fuel and spark

sounds like ur tranny just took a dump on you

my friend had the same shit on his 95 ls se auto.. and it was his timing belt.. if not that check the coil distrubiter
