im a noob when it comes to cars so bare with me.
i got a 1990 Acura integra GS. it was having some starting problems because the ignitor wasn't working well. so i had it replaced. so im driving it(granted still new to a stick shift), so i would stall it, but car should just normally start right up. just recently now when i stall it, it have trouble starting. i would try starting it and it just wont grab. and sometimes it would start right up after a stall, but then just die. could it be the injectors are flooded??

1: Check for spark

2:Check for fuel Pressure

do you have spark...?

If so, does your fuel pump prime when you turn the car to ignition on?

Here's a idea... Stop stalling.

Mine does that to, If i stall it several times...

Weeks-months ago (cant remember) i was going to work, Fucking tired... Wearing heavy ass steel toe boots...

Traffic comes to a stop and im so tired im out of it... So i stop with traffic... Then the cars start moving... I try to go stall... Then i panic because car's are behind me and getting frustrated... Not to mention embarrassing... So i try to go again in a rush... Stall... Now it wont start... I try 3 times, then i see a tow truck get infront of me and its reverse lights go on... Im looking at the truck... It's NOT a flat bed... So i try starting it 2 more times... final try it starts up and zip around the truck... :p

sounds like my car when I had it and started learning stick in the beginning. Found out it was a bad main fuel relay, after swapping that out, had no problems starting up after stalls.

ok i got the problem diagnosed, the coil and rotor in the distributer cap was bad, so i got them replaced. now i was just out practicing stick. it i stall it, it starts right up, but now infront of my house i was practicing reverse,(never got a success), stalled and stalled. but now sutddenly went back to just cranking and cranking no fire. Could it be i just suck and im flooding it?

yup! lol.

Just remember SLOW off the clutch. Don't dump it. Ride that baby for a while, then you'll start to get a better feel for it. Thats how i learned anyways.

try and keep the clutch and gas opposite when your starting. like, the clutch is in, the gas is out. then slowly switch as you start to release the clutch. (more gas). You'll get the hang of it eventually.
