I need some help LOWERING FRONT OF A G1 INTEGRA *$5 paypal'd*

Im lowering a 1986 Integra RS.

Im using this DIY but I think some of the pics are missing.

-I removed that bar that comes off, and I shaved the key spline. It says turn it to splines up, but does that mean clockwise or counter clockwise??

and when I did twist the bar, the bolt doesnt want to slide though the whole, and if it does, it doesnt give enough thread for the nut to grip on. I havent tried the other side but I know it will work since that screw is longer.


Any advice?? $5 paypaled to who ever can give me some tips that will fix this.

I'm sorry I can't help but I just want to give you props for checking out the stickies and THEN asking.

I clicked this thread expecting something like "help! how do I drop my G1?" :lol:

But you can try PMing "graveyardhippie" he's kind of our resident G1 guru..I just don't know how often he's on..I haven't seen him in a good minute.
