This belongs in the newbie section, or at least the lounge. Im pretty sure theres a sticky in the newbie forum that also explains how to upload and post pictures.
Ill give you a basic run down.
Go to Photobucket.com
Create an account
Upload pictures from your harddrive onto the photobucket account
Under the pictures you uploaded will be an tag
Copy and paste the [IMG] tag into a post and voila, you have pictures for everyone to see.
