hmmmmmmm

Check your cables on the battery maybe they are going bad. Also your starter motor might take a crap soon.

If you want to check your starter get a piece of wire; at least 12 ga and connect one end to your starter solenoid positive terminal. Take the other end and touch it to the positive battery terminal. Your starter will spin if it's working. It may not engage and start the car but it will spin. If it doesn't it prob went bad. Also make sure it's in neutral when doing this.

My car wouldnt start either, put a new altenator, battery, and starter....to find out it was the cabless that were going to the battery! but atleast i dont have to worry about the ohter stuff

I'm having the same thing happen to my '98 Integra, but when I have the battery and cables connected to a charger, I noticed that my taillights start flashing red. The engine won't turn over and the ABS and Seatbelt lights also come on. I'm gonna be checking the cables and starter after it stops raining, then doing a bench test on the batt and checking the alternator later.

Anybody have any other suggestions for this?

Random as shit, but do you have a cold air/short ram intake on it?
I had the exact problem on mine, turns out my short ram shifted down and rested on a cable and made a short. Pushed it up, started up fine.

it sounds like a starter problem. if you have a multimeter you can test it by having some one turn the key, if the volts are low then your starter is bad.
