Download azures or some other torrent player like bittorrent or something else. then cilck on download on the piratebay link and open it with your torrenter and let it sit and download.

yea, once you get a torrent downloader all the directions on how to install it are on the website i put up

if you go on youtube and type in free photoshop there should be some instructional videos on where to get it from for free, ive tried it and it works trust me.. ill try and find it and try and get u a link.
