i need a fan switch

i need some how about installing a radiator fan switch.

I know I can find a how-to somewhere to install a manual radiator fan switch. The reason I was asking here was to get any tips,tricks,or any ideas from somebody that's done this themselves. Come on fellas. Leave no honda behind. lol

i would find the fan relay and wire a switch to the ground terminal of the coil.

they work,but somethimes they wont shut off after i kill the car.usually ill have to start the car a time or two to shut them off.i waited once to time hoe long it would take before they shut off after i killed the car and they kept going til they started draining my battery.

the da has a fan timer under the dash behind the radio that goes bad, i would look into that first.

ill go out and check on that.i think ill still put in a switch.any suggestions on a new fan.

if you wire in a switch, you'll have to use a relay also, autozone has them.

i think ill just put a switch in.me and wires dont really get along though.

if you want flex-a-lite makes an adjustable fan switch that uses a temperature probe that goes through the fins of the radiator.

you could just wire it so its on when the car is only on thats what i did check out www.g2ic.com they have some info on the fans
