where do i get these headlights where the inner headlight is yellow?

I think its some type of transparent spray paint. Looks nasty IMO.

Its painted, with some yellow tinting spray. The same effect can be achieved with vinyl stick on sheets.

x2 or yellow bulbs will give it a yellow tint but not as strong as that

i would take off your headlights to do this. yellow over spray on my mishimoto radiator would make me cry
