I got this 1994 honda civic. its got a b18a1 in it and its not starting. i was wondering what ecm and wire harnesss i need and where to get it. th car is getting no spark or fuel. the fuel pump does not kick on when the key is turned but will work if its bypassed straight to the battery. help me please so i can get this thing on the road.
