They will NOT fit the 3rd Gen from what I know. Youre gonna need spacers to clear the calipers.

yup spacers or shave the caliper...the diameter of the hx wheel is slightly smaller than regular 14's

A single 5mm would be good. Be sure you have at least 5 FULL turns of the lug nuts or the studs/lugs will strip and have the wheel fall off.
