How to remove hose going from engine to near the fuel pump!?

Fuel pump is under the rear seat. Maybe you mean fuel filter.

yeah sorry, it was the fuel filter. thanks for the correction. anyways, here's a picture of the hose i need to replace. it's the hose laying on the ground on the top. the other hose is my bottom radiator hose.

That looks like your heater core hose. It goes from the motor to the valve mounted on the firewall. Looks like you got it off already though.
