jack the car up and take the wheels off. remove the axle nut (shiny gold thing on the end of the axle sticking out of the hub. take off the lower ball joints and tie rod nuts. take off the horseshoe looking thing that your struts go into. using an axle puller, pry the axle out of the intermediate shaft (drivers side) or tranny (passenger side). do not just pull, you will separate the joint. at this point, start removing coolant lines, ac lines, power wires, wiring harnes splugs, really anything that connects your motor to anything. once everything is unplugged, take out one of the transmission bolts below the distributor and put your leveler there and put the bolt back in. then on the drivers side, take off one of the nuts that hold the mount to your motor (not the frame) and put the other side of the leveler there, put the nut back on. put a little pressure on the hoist and then take the bolts out that hold the top two motor mounts to the frame. once those are out, get back under the car and remove 2 19mm bolts that go into a big black t bracket. then take out 1 17mm from the t bracket. the motor should pull out
