how to make my bumper lights stay on and blink??

how would it be possible for my bumper lights to stay on with the parking lights and blink with the signal i tried wiring them using a fuse holder but didnt work...any one know how with out the bulbs to burn out or something???:???:

It is possible, but you might have to swap out your socket. I heard the original one can melt from this mod.
