How to do clutch adjustment

i have a 93 integra im having issues with the clutch its a cable clutch i have never worked on a cable clutch ...when i press on the clutch pedal to change gears it doesnt go right back up with my foot it has a slight hesitation ...i previously owned a 90 integra with the hydraulic clutch and the pedal would kick right back up ..is there any way i can adjust the clutch so the pedal can kick back up quicker?

You can adjust the clutch engagement point. There is a knob you spin on the clutch cable, about 3 inches or so above the transmission where the cable mounts to it.
