how to do a vtec conversion on a 94 LS

Can anyone tell me how i would convert a LS/nonvtec to a vtec? i'm pretty new at this but i wanna start to get my teg worked on. Many thanks to those who can tell me

Yes, LS/RS/GS all have the same engine, B18B, but tend to be referred to as the LS motor.
