how to: clean headlight lens? HELP

my right/passenger side headlight has a yellowish coat over it? caused my dirt or something?...really have no idea and my driver side one is perfectly fine and clear. how do i clean it or get it to look like my left one? the image might help..

polishing compound will clear that right up. it is just oxidized. now your going to be doing this every couple months... what it probably is, is that at one point in time for some reason or another one light was replaced and one wasnt.

Yea you should have them polish i had mind polish at a local bodyshop for free!!!!
And they look brand new so take it to someone that done it before.......

Never-Dull is a greta product. Comes in a swap ball and you tear away pieces. Easy to do and the bumper doesn't need to be removed without worrying about damaging your paint. Tear off a piece, rub it on headlight until dirt becomes noticeable on swab, wipe clean with a rag. As simple as that.
