how to check my posts????

i know this is not the right place to ask this, but i cant get access to the proper forum..

i cant seem to find the place to check all the posts i made and the comments i made on other peoples posts.

on team-integra they have it under "search/ my posts or my threads" cant find it here, PLEASE HELP!

just search for you user name on the search button and you will see your post
