Just wondering if i build the motor the same for a jackson supercharger got a great deal on one and wondering how hard would it be to hit 300 whp with it. I would love to have a supercharger over turbo no spool time. Will higher comp ratio help this tihng wake up or is 10.5 cp pistons for this thing also? Do you use tubo cams for a supercharger or all motor cams? The super charger has all the pulleys needed for 9-10 psi witch sounds about has high has you want to go from what i read. Not even sure where to get parts for these old jackson units.

Shut up baby, I know it!
1) its only capable of hitting 300hp on a GSR motor with the M62 kit
2) high compression up to 10.5:1 will work fine for a supercharger application
3) you use turbo style cams to build cylinder pressure like a turbo charger
4) you can run the high power pulleys but its not PSI dependant, its RPM dependent, IE the maximum RPM of the supercharger is around 14,000 rpm
5) you get parts for the eaton superchargers from ZZPerformance.com, you get parts for the supercharger kits from Moss performance @ http://www.supercharger.com/Browse/PlateMenuProducts.aspx?WebCatalogID=16&PlateTypeID=1
6) if you run the high psi pulleys, you need some form of cooling for the air charge, either an intercooler system provided by LHT performance or methanol injection of some sort.

Pm me if you're interested. :thumbs up

Good luck with the build.

Can you run meth in the intake pipe to get in to motor on a sc setup? lht setup is like 1500 for the prefect build by them.
