How to adjust headlights 99 integra

I'm trying to adjust my headlights and I know this can be achieved by turning dials on the backs of the housings but does anyone have pictures of exactly how to do this?
And yes I tried searching on tapatalk but nothing relevant came up. This is on a 99 gsr btw.

get a phillips head screw driver
or a 8mm wrench what ever you want to adjust them with. look at the top of the light there are holes in the radiator support over the headlight look down and theres one with gears in it. two gear cogs that should form a 90 degree angle or an L use your screw driver to turn it.

And is the easiest way to adjust them to park near a wall or something with the lights on and level em out or what?

i park near a wall. No pictures but its self explanitory when you look. The hole is next to the rubber stopper for the hood. Its easy to find, and none of this "im new to integras or im new to cars" its literally next to the hood stopper, on top of the light and it has cogs in a 90 degree configuration.
