How much to sell b18b for?

My dad and I are putting a b16a in our 92 teg ls. The stock b18b is seized and won't start. When you turn the key nothing happens. How much could/should we sell it for? We had someone offer $100-$200. Any idea how much it would be to fix it? I guess that's a dumb question. It's like saying my car is making a funny noise. What is it?
