how much shot can it support

i have a honda intergra from japan sir and i wanna know if i put nos into the car what is the maximum shot that the car can soport and what is best to put in the car supercharge or turbokit

First off you want the ENGINE TECH FORUM, not EXTERIOR..........you should be able to run a 75 shot safely on stock internals. You could do either set up but with the high compression, you'd be better off supercharging so you don't have to lower the compression so much.
