Thats the Wings West RS kit for '94-97 Integras. I have the same kit on my car (called W-Type II for 98-01's). Love the sideskirts...they're replicas of Mugen sideskirts. The kit as a whole sells for $600-800 new so I think $200 for mint condition sides is pretty fair.
