How low?

I got a 92 ls and my struts are shot and I'm on coil overs. I'm looking at getting some drop struts and a set of springs. I'm just wondering how low I can go to keep a smooth ride and spin out cv's from bein to low

Are they fully coilovers or coilover sleeves. If they're sleeves then you can get some koni yellow shocks and put the sleeves on them.

They are sleeves and I don't like the bounce I'd like koni yellows but I'm on a tight budget I have 4 kids and my family comes before my car. I seen a set of truhart lowering struts with springs 2.5 front and 2.25 rear I have a camber kit front and rear but will the screw my cv angle
