how do u fabricate body work?

does anyone kno about exterior body work and fabrication techniques - as far as custom molding? For example; How do u fabricate the panels around the wheel well so that it flares out a bit - so as not to let the wheels rub? ..and for that GT style look?

I was wandering how to take existing body work, and reshape it. I'm guessing all it takes is a heatgun and some careful usage, for stuff like fenders and bumper which is made of plastic right? aka how to mold plastic without taking the paint off.

I don't think it works like that...but then again, I'm not sure so don't take my word for it. lol Won't it cause the paint to get fucked up when you're stretching the plastic out? If you're trying to flare it or what not?

im pretty sure you can tdo that..im no pro but paint cant really bend all that much when it is hardened....not for sure though

fenders are metal, well stock ones anyway. i wouldnt get all into reshaping your car though unless your a proffesional things arent going to come out the way you like it trust me ive been down that road i might look really good on one side then to mirror that and make it look identical is almost impossible. just get a bodykit if you wanna go for looks.
