How do I? Change door panel Insert's DC2!

What's up everyone im looking to change the insert's on my dc2 door panel's and arm rest, what's the best way to do so? Any help will be greatly appriciated, thank's!

the thing under the door handle on the inside?
theres a screw in it...

The small pouch (handle thing) has a screw in it. Just take it out. Is that what u meant?

Hes referring to the fabric on the door panel. It is not an insert. It is simply molded into the door panel, and covered with fabric. If you want to change it, you can either go over it with fabric, or remove the fabric and lay down something else.
