Capacitors are a watse. They only store a second's worth of power, and then when the caps done shooting it's load, the alternator is then trying to recharge the dead cap and keep powering your system.
Caps origionally came around when SPL contests were a big rage, and they were helpful for big, but very brief shots of power. Dunno if you've ever seen an SPL contest, but it's basically a big blurp of noise, not music. That's what caps are good for, a single big blurp of power to get you those extra tenths of a decibel in a contest, not for running a real world stereo system.

ahhh i see. whats they best solution for preventing the dimming of headlights and interior lights when the subs hit? cuz i like a strong bass hit. and so i use my subs and stereo to their max potential.

The #1 thing you can do to increase power output is upgrading the alternator, either by having the stock alternator beefed up or getting an aftermarket one.
The second best thing you can do is to upgrade the stock wiring, particularly these 3: 1) alternator positive to battery positive, 2) battery negative to chassis, and 3) engine ground to chassis. Make them all the same size as the largest power and ground wire your using for your stereo system. Actually, make them all at least 4 guage, you wasting your time making them all 8 guage or samller, make them all 4, 2 or 0 guage.
If you go the alternator upgrade route, doing the wire upgrade is a necessity anyway.

Adding batteries is only useful for running the system with the car off, not helpful for increasing overall power.

get a optima yellow top. i ran 2 15" kicker cvr, 2 6x9 on a 2000 and a 400 watt amp. lights never dimmed. you should be good if you spend the green to get the yellow.

Excessive Amperage 200 A alt FTW! Check those alts out, but it will be 400.00 or so. Check out yellow tops, kinetiks, go to darvex.com and look at the batteries he has there, the BEST online dealer out there for what he sells.
