Hose/wire broke off battery

Hello friends. Was investigating my check engine light on the 95 Integra SE, found massive corrosion on the positive terminal of my battery. While brushing away, the red hose/wire shown below tore off the battery. Its labeled "Primary Wire". This is located near the positive terminal. What did I screw up now? :cry:

thats probably a power wire for your sub...... or amp... does your positive still work for your car

Positive still works fine and cranking. Thanks for suggesting an amp cable, the previous owner did indeed have a sound system (i however do not). Anyone think it could be more serious?

Its a sub wire. If you dont have one your actually better off leaving that off. And clean that terminal up!
