Hose Identification please

Hi, just recent days I have noticed my engine running hotter than usual, then just yesterday my engine starts to overheat, so I pull over and inspect it, it was smoking slighlty, not bad, but it was getting dark, so I waited for it to cool down, then drove it straight home. Then today I drove it, did the same thing, so I opened the hood, found where it is leaking from, I will post 2 pics, the hose is highlighted in blue.

MY question is what is the hose called, I have looked for diagrams found really nothing, and dont know much already to know enough. My other question is, is there anything else I should look for or replace while Im at it.

I can't be too sure because of the angle, but I believe that the hose is running to the FITV. Try searching by that.
