Horn Problem.

hey guys. I just bought a 96 GSR and it had a JDM honda integra steering wheel already installed but! he didn't install the "horn relay" as said the kid. Saying that it was a civic part and that all i needed to do was buy one...

here's a pict.

does anyone know what he is speaking of? If i don't fix this I can't pass inspection.

I dont think you will be able to see a relay in the picture, but nice pic. That part isnt very exspensive, should only need a little wiring.
