hood dampers

anyone know if i could use dc hood dampers on my da? and anyone have really good performance parts websites. i can't seem to find a decent one. all the ones i find are sketchy cause they're halfassed and are insanely overpriced. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Im not sure ab the Hood Dampers, but i just ordered my AEM SRI off of JDMultimate.com and they are based in Dallas, Texas.

I have one of those ebay kits, didn't fit. I've heard the S2k kits fit but I'm not buying a set until it's confirmed.

How come they didn't fit?

How are they supposed to mount; to the stock hinge location, and then existing bolt holes on the fender?

I'm not at all trying to say you're wrong, I'm just asking/curious because I've never really examined these on anybody's car, and I don't know how they are installed.

That's how they went on but they were to fat and pushed the hood up in the back.

Most people that don't own DA tegs don't know how shitty the aftermarket is for them. I have tried the shock mounted both ways. A friend of mine has some on his EF and they rivet to the shock tower, curious if they would work on the DA.
