I'm planning to get one soon. Yes it's worth it. Lowers intake temperatures and increases hp. Cooler is better.

i second his post, i cannot vouch for it from personal experience but i have read a lot of other people's reviews and a few dyno proven reviews. Matt's right, colder air=denser air=more power.
