If you're like me and have an older Honda or Acura vehicle, here are some tips I have in regards to installing a child safety or booster seat.

Try and get the child seat top tether latch. (Pictured below.)

I've written to Honda and written to and spoken with Acura and have been told that the item is out of stock. However I have heard some people say they are still able to get them directly from the dealer, so you should check with your local dealer.

Canadian cars came with the latch, as opposed to having to request it if you purchased a USDM vehicle, so you may be able to find someone in Canada willing to part with one. Many times they are still in their original packaging.

If you're unable to find one any other way, you can order one from Majestic Honda. The part number is 82410-SE3-C01
My wife's Civic has a rear lap belt that won't stay put so we have a CG Lock that keeps the belt in it's place and eliminates it coming lose.

Many thanks to mav3rick478 on G2IC for finding the part number to the latch.
