Holding up the shift boot rubber grommet?

Is this the rubber grommet that i need to hold up the shift boot?

Is there anywhere else i can get it at like home depot, walmart? And where can i find it at like what is it under? the plumbing department or what?

Ive seen people use a zip tie, or tape around the shifter underneath the shift boot. :thumbs up
