High Beams and Turn Signals???

Alright here is the deal... My turn signals aren't working and my high beams are constantly on. It seems like the the functions from moving the turn signal lever have been bypassed. The lights do turn on and off though. i just purchased the car recently and am still trying to figure out some of the mods. The hazards do flash not sure if that is related or not. Any idea where I should start or what this might be??? its a 97 GSR by the way

i couldn't help u if the lever is actually broken. but since the blinkers aren't working at all. locate the fuse for them. i haven't been through the fuses on my teggy yet but on my old truck there was a specific fuse for the signal lights
