HiD kit for 89

Where can I go to get some HIDs for my 89 and how much would it cost for the housing and HID kit? Would it be worth the cost and effort to do it?

go to ebay and use key words. ex. 1989 acura integra hid kit. i saw a couple that came with the housing and hid for around 40 bucks. but im skeptical of how good they are.
