hid installing (need help)

so i got a 92 DA i just bought some hid kits for it XENON h4 9004 12000k
so i try to go and install it but im have problems makin it fit. theres like this circle thing thats supossed to hold the bulb in place but i cant seem to get the wires in and around it hopefully u guys know wat im talkin about
its like a plastic circle that locks the bulb in place any hints and tips would be useful

He's taking about the circle screw retainer that holds the bulb in the housing.

But pictures would help. My install took just over 1 hour, and I took my headlights out and did a headlight harness tuck and have my ballasts under my headlights.

i had the same prob, what i did was cut the circle rubber piece that the wires go through then put all the wires the the plastic circle lock.....

i did mine without takin anything off, it took me problly 25 mins to do and just put my ballast boxes between things for now

i had the same problem man..i used marine grade silicone and i have absolutly no problem. take some silicone spread it around the headlight were the bulb sits.spread a small amount around outer part of the bulb (were it sits againist the headlight) and get some heat on it to mold..turn the engine on for a lil bit or a heat bulb. and mine works like a champ

when I had my da with hids that plastic piece i just muscled through and suprisingly it didnt break but thats just what I did

if you all got the stock headlights then you dont need no relay other wires.

95% of the hid kits are plug and play. so all you have to do is follow the instruction and make sure you dont touch the bulb.
