:thumbs up I posted this in the HID group Buy thread but i thought this would be a good place to post it also in case some of you guys dont check that since it has gotten pretty long. I often tried to get pics before i purchased mine but couldnt get any detailed pics so i hope this helps anyone also looking for a kit.

Finally got a chance to install my kit this weekend and i took several pics. I ordered the 8000K kit in 9006 for my teg. the installation really could be done in 15 mins if you just want to throw it in and be done with it. What i decided to do was take the air box out and I found a place on the passenger side to mount the first ballastout of sight. Before mounting each one i attached a rubber strip to the bottom of each bracket jsut to help prevent any sort of shock or vibration damage over time as you will see in the pics. I'll most likely go back and redo the wiring for the passenger side as they are sitting right in front of the ballast.
The driver side was a tight fit for the mount which is right beside the washer fluid container. The lights have a great amount of blue, a little more than i was expecting but they are definitely brighter. Below are the pics which i did adjust the size of them so hope it doesnt take too long to load.

Thanks--The kit wasnt a bad price. I think they are going for 110 shipped now. Just wanted to give people an idea of how the install is and waht realistic results look like versus the ad pics

Yea man-- i thought the Rubber strip would be good to keep any meatl from clinging or banging against each other at times. plus the shock and vibration factor would be ruled out

Michelob--Thats a special tool used to calibrate my eyes along with the new HID bulbs. I highly recommend it but you do have to buy in bulk; 6 or more per case.

looks good.
i ordered an hid kit for my integra this weekend. just wondering if you or anyone else have had any heat problems with the ballasts in those locations. i think the website or warranty info said they would shut off if they reach 105 degrees.

so basically you just connect the original connectors to the ballast and then connect ballast to hid lights right?

for those of you that removed cruise control, behind your drivers motor mount is a great place to mount your ballast. i had mine their before i sold those crappy ebay HID's.
